What I Learned

  • Working with PMs, engineers, and technical sales teams, I've learned to plan and design products from multiple perspectives.

  • Setting an MVP early to check feasibility and establishing clear goals throughout the process are crucial.

  • Working with excellent team members, I learned the importance of being a good team leader. I realized that ensuring all team members have a unified understanding is essential in every meeting.

Future Improvement

  • While working with developers, we need to consider technical limitations, so we plan to present the MVP upfront and proceed with the project in an Agile manner.

  • Additionally, to ensure a smooth design handoff in the future, I plan to improve user flow documentation, provide function descriptions for each step, and indicate responsive design elements where applicable.
